About
UNLADYLIKE2020 is an innovative multimedia series featuring diverse and little-known American heroines from the early years of feminism, and the women who now follow in their footsteps, in honor of the 100th anniversary of women’s suffrage in 2020.
Our Solve
Unladylike 2020’s digital archive was tasked with bringing these women’s extraordinary stories to life and presenting history in a bold new way. We worked closely with the U2020 team to build an online experience that would engage students, but also dive deep enough to be a resource to researchers through a robust filter system, interactive timeline, and a Watch Later feature. Our work aided U2020 in securing a grant from the National Endowment for the Humanities to continue telling their important stories.
