About

When Unbreakable founder Jo-Ná Williams started her legal practice back in 2011, the culture said: “This is business - no one cares about your feelings. Grind 24/7. Sleep later.” This thinking is how systemic inequity reinforces itself - by screaming that there’s a single ‘success formula’ for all people despite the fact that we are NOT all starting at the same point with the same resources or facing the same challenge to our identities. 

Jo-Ná—a queer Black woman with no seed money, investors, family trusts, or loans—needed a different way to approach entrepreneurship. A path that centered her autonomy, wealth, and health, without needing to perform her identity like a minstrel act. The business innovation she created is called UnbreakableUnbreakable exists to help founders with multiple intersecting identities build wealth while simultaneously centering their well-being and ideal lifestyle.
